Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- We shipped the incorrect item.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.
